To light the way

Here is a light house box I made using a
pattern from Creationsbyar after
cutting out and making it up I then
used a cuttlebug embossing folder
and embossed some card and cut out the bricks
so there was one and half bricks and glued them down
each edge of the light house.
Also cut away the railings of the walk way and added home
made rope . added a Christmas colour changing light
and embossed all the acetate for the windows.
and cut out a weather vein for the roof

This is a project i am working on and i will show
more as i have it ready

TF Bear

Here is a Teddy bear sliceform I made for my
friend Tracey. He is about 11 inches tall
and I added rhinestones to the purple pieces
to give it a little bling.
Designed with inkscape cut on ecraft by me

Dreams take flight

One of the teabag stamps  from
stamp. It is such a fun stamp.

CAR Decals

A month has gone by since  I last sat on this seat.
Now I am back sitting on this seat again
(I am happy for a reason)
We paid money to the guy sitting at that desk
then went out the door.
HANG ON  WHAT AM I DOING HERE?
I am adding something to the window WHY?
Making sure it stays there .
Now this is what is in the driveway of our house.

Here are my Decals I made using
PinkCatStudio digital stamps I had to
"tweak" it a little to make sure it
would work and they would stay together .
And cut using ecraft maching and sure cuts a lot.

Hot Air Balloon (ecraft cut and cuttlebug embossed)

Over the years I have made many 3D
hot air balloons (cutting all pieces by hand)
The next test for scal and ecraft machine was to
cut the balloon parts out for me .
This sure did make making these balloons a whole
lot easier. So before making up the balloon i ran all
the parts through the cuttlebug embossing folders.
Used the cricut paper dolls and gypsy to cut the people
for the basket.
It stands 8 1/2" tall.

Made the pattern up in inkscape and cut using scal
and ecraft machine.

Be sure to tell me what you think.

R2D2

I wanted to try another sort of cut on
the ecraft machine. So when my son came
out to me 3 hours ago and asked for a starwars
card. (and wanted it before he left to go out
in 5 hours time)
I thought OK this will be a great test for the machine
and i have to say it passed the test.
This card is made using inkscape to make the pattern
then imported into sure cuts a lot and then cut on
the Ecraft machine.
(if I was to cut again I would
get the machine to do the pen work (not happy with my
pen work) )

Star SNOWGLOBE Mickey is a star!

OK I have to say at this point of time I am back to
being happy with my ecraft cutting machine.
Here is a Star snow globe Sliceform I designed
in inkskape and imported into SCAL and cut using
Ecraft machine. Only thing I would do in future
cutting of clear plastic is i would tape the Plastic
to the stablelizer paper better.
I am soo happy with how it cut (I had to use minimum tabs
while cutting)
Used mickey and Friends cricut cartridge to cut the mickey

It folds flat for posting

I added the white snow with white paint pen

Back to the BOOKS ?

Back in October I was working on this pattern for
books to be cut on the cutters , only problem was
I did not know i had a problem with my cutter (I
thought the software was the problem) So now
i have the ecraft up and running I am back working
on a set of book patterns .
Here is one i cut yesterday , only thing now is I
need to go back and tweak the pattern and try the
cut again . Once i have successfully cut using the
ecraft, I will then be tweaking it to also be cut using
the cricut (fingers crossed). I will keep you up to date with
how i am going.
cut using scal on the ecraft and designed in inkscape

Besure to check back there will be lots more of these
to come.

Light touch of green (sliceform)

I wanted to test out the Ecraft machine with sure cuts
a lot software
, So i wanted to pick one of my very own patterns
that has lots of pieces and has to be cut correctly
(so as it can be put together right).
I think out of all my SusanBluerobot of sliceforms designs I think
this teddy with a total of 29 pieces is the best one to
pick for this tryout.
After i cut it out in white, i then thought OH it looks
like it cut right so i added a little sponging of green
chalk inkpad around all the edges and coloured the front
pads with the same inkpad.

It folds flat for mailing too
