When things don't work

Any one out there have the EVERYDAY POP UP
cartridge and tried the robot popup I would love
to hear if you have had success with it.
CAUSE I did not After pushing and shoving it
making it pulling apart 3 times
I pulled the robot off the card altogether and turned it
into a 3D Robot .
(looking at the robot it seems to me that the middle brace
is too small OR is it just me? )

So here is my 3D robot looking a bit battered but i like him

and put googly eyes on it .

Two Little Mittens I made my mittens

I love gadgets I hate hand knitting
But with this knitting machine I now love
knitting. It makes knitting soo quick and easy
THIS is what I got for Mothers day.

Instructions say start just practising knitting squares
to get to know the machine YAH RIGHT
I went straight into making something.
One problem i do have is I can not read
patterns so to watch youtubeMITTENS and learn how to make
these wonderful mittens was a great way to make them.
Here is my first ever things i have made on my machine

Hot Air Balloon (ecraft cut and cuttlebug embossed)

Over the years I have made many 3D
hot air balloons (cutting all pieces by hand)
The next test for scal and ecraft machine was to
cut the balloon parts out for me .
This sure did make making these balloons a whole
lot easier. So before making up the balloon i ran all
the parts through the cuttlebug embossing folders.
Used the cricut paper dolls and gypsy to cut the people
for the basket.
It stands 8 1/2" tall.

Made the pattern up in inkscape and cut using scal
and ecraft machine.

Be sure to tell me what you think.

R2D2

I wanted to try another sort of cut on
the ecraft machine. So when my son came
out to me 3 hours ago and asked for a starwars
card. (and wanted it before he left to go out
in 5 hours time)
I thought OK this will be a great test for the machine
and i have to say it passed the test.
This card is made using inkscape to make the pattern
then imported into sure cuts a lot and then cut on
the Ecraft machine.
(if I was to cut again I would
get the machine to do the pen work (not happy with my
pen work) )
