Growing up there was always jigsaws being made at our house.
So I thought I would make a jigsaw .SVG pattern (in inkscape)
so I can make some fun cards.
IF you have Sure Cuts a Lot HERE IS THE PATTERN. ----that is for 8x8 jigsaw
HERE IS THE PATTEN FOR 4x4 and 6x4
LETS BEGIN
What you need to do is open sure cuts a lot

What you need to do is open sure cuts a lot
File import. import newjigsaw 04.svg.
It will be square what you now do is work out what size your picture is .
Mine is 3 inches x 4 inches (well my picture is slightly bigger but you need it bigger so you know it will cut right )
so i adjust the svg till
it sits on the mat at 3 inches x 4 inches
Put the picture on the mat and cut
take of mat and you have a jigsaw (wow so quickly)
For this card folded yellow card 6 inches ,
piece of blue 3 3/4" x 4 3/4" (which was edged with artline black pen),
piece of light blue 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" (which was edged with artline black pen),
piece of black 3 1/4" x 4 1/4"
And arranged them on the card like pictured

Fabulous tutorial. Thank you.
Susan, thank you.
Do you think if I put a 4 x 6 photo on the mat and then made the puzzle the same size it would cut alrgiht? I am just thinking this would be great for picture puzzles of photos of places, fun things etc.. does that make sense?
Sharon
