Chef sign

About a week or so ago i showed this chef lego
that i had made well finally the sign is made.
It is on my son's door so of a morning i can see
if he is working that day (a yes or no side of the
egg lifter) and what shifts he is working
(on spoon a L =lunch or D=dinner and on the knife
a B=both ). As i don't see him of a night when
he arrives home it is a great way for him to let
me know (so i can wake him LOL)
The pieces slide into the hands and sit in the shelf when not used.

Heart strings

Today my card is using the angel that i have
taken the wings off when cutting
Gives her a whole new look

Hearts of Angels (SBRB display card sliceform)

Soon as i seen these stamps too i knew they
had to be made into my display sliceform cards
too

I used the cuttlebug embossing folder to emboss the
cloud part of each panel

Only problem is cause i embossed the clouds
i had to put bracing pieces in the back pieces as
the embossing make it bend backwards from the weight

And the fold flat to post

Another Getting the most use out of STAMP

Come closer .
Have you seen the fun new Angel stamps
at alota rubber stamps.

Well i thought i would show you that they look great
as angels on you projects BUT if you want to get the
most of the stamps with the same stamped image cutting
off the wings when you are cutting it out to colour
gives you another look .

This is the same stack of books i used yesterday
only i cut away the bottom book so as the girl looked better
on it and then slightly tilted the leaning book by cutting
it off and relaying it back on

Sitting with (or on) a Good Book

The only books i would read is about any type of crafts.
And when it came for this lady rubberstamp to
sit on something. What better thing for her to sit on
is a stack of good books.
I designed this stack of books for alota (books have blank covers)
ready for any of your sitting stamps to sit on .

Hello! i will light your way

Used alota string of bee lights and cuttlebug dies for the lettering

I scream you scream we all scream for shrink plastic

The sweet delights set of stamps are the perfect
size to use on shrink plastic.
I used white shrink plastic sanded and then stamped
with stazon inkpad and the coloured with
pencils before shrinking with the heat tool

These new stamps are soo much fun for me
I can see me using them lots for different things .
combined them with the swizz dots embossing folder

Roll on WINTER

I love winter it would be my favorite season.
We have had two or three wintery days here
this week even though we are in the middle of summer.
Though they tell us that we are in for some hot
weather EKKKS. So today i thought i would show
you my next snowman i drew and turned into
a file to cut on the scal/cricut. Using the

LEGO Chef

As you know if you have been to my blog over
the past three weeks is my son is going to be a chef
and is now started his apprenticeship.
So i thought i would seach for a chef lego man and
convert to a cut file to make for him.
This is 10 1/2 " tall . (only thing is i took of the
neck tie as my son does not wear them)

I am making this into a sign for messages for him but is only
partly worked out
I will show this at a later date when i work out the rest of the
sign. Thought i would show it today as i was soo happy with
how it turned out

We have had hot weather again this week. but g;ad that today

Hi everyone I am here,
today the posting will only be a sneak peak oh
my blog entry
This is a very sneak peak of what i am working on at the
moment (you guessed it! It is another sliceform)

I have had lots of messages asking if I am going to
share the sliceform patterns . At this point of time
they will not be sold or shared.
And at this point of time i can not say when or how they will
be shared.

My Baby is all grown up ! (don't know where those years went)

My husband told me the day my son was born,
not to get too used to having a little boy , that in
no time he will be grown up and off to work.
Seems like just yesterday those words were said to
me. Well my son has had and after school job for the
past three years.
BUT this is different, my son has just been accepted
to a chef apprenticeship. Here he is in his uniform
which he purchased today
