my favorite scrapbook tool would be my cricut but my second would have to be my stamps. i have quite a few and the two make a great combo for scrapbookin or cardmaking.
My favorite is definantely my cricut! I use it daily!
my paper cutter can't do without it.
My Cricut as I can design my own titles, embellishments, mesh paper. It is rare I would complete a layout without it
That was an easy question, Susan....My CRICUT, of course!
Love, love, love it and couldn't scrap or make cards without it. Second would be my Cuttlebug.

My favorite scrapbooking tool would have to be... is this really a tool... my how-to books. Without them I could not scrapbook anything!!!
