I made the KID , then the IMAGE and the a CUT FILE!

Here is the KID I made (my son)
(well he is grown up now
this was taken many years ago)

Then using Inkscape i turned this picture into
a image and printed and coloured with copic markers

With that complete i
Then used inkscape to turn my image into a svg to cut on
my cricut using sure cuts a lot

OH the things that can be done with inkscape with a little
practice there are soo many things

This was to show that scal can cut anything really
that is why i love it soo much

Susan... what a lovely picture and you've recreated it wonderfully - both versions look great. Only snag is you didn't recreate the wording on the cereal box! :-) Joking of course... it's fabulous.

Susan,

How wonderful!! I hope you will post a tutorial about this. I have a picture of my kids when they were small and I want to send them an "I miss you" card.

Thanks for showing us what INK and SCAL can do together.

Susan you are so talented. You must have loads of time to be able to figure out how to do all these complicated things on the computer. You can see how much you truly love what you do. Of course you do have Robot helping you. Thank-you! Thank-you! Love, Phyllis
