I was inspired this morning by the paperwishes webisode cause after seeing there
metallic mickey brads i thought hmm
I can make a mickey and friends cartridge look something like that
and i set to work with my metallic gold card and cut a mickey (with markings)
And I think it did look a bit like there brads.

I have to say Thank You. Your blog is one that I came across back in December when I first got my cricut. I was never a scrapper - I'm a very "by the book" type person and always did best with instructions. Your blog gave me that and inspired me to take risks. I've made more character cards with my cricut and CDS because of your site. So Thank YOU!
My question to you today is I'm seeing a lot of embossing being done on many sites and I was hoping you could suggest a good one. I see people mention the Cuttlebug (which you did this Mickey with) - is this an item you recommend? Should I hold off until it goes on sale at one of the craft stores or is there a place to get it cheaper?

Tricia, I have three wizzard, sizzix and cuttlebug and the CUTTLEBUG is the best for sure
