THANK you Dolphin plus PATTERN
I made this pattern for a request on the message board for sweet 16 card after making the pattern for the sweet 16 card i felt i did not want to cut out another 16 card so i saved it again and changed it to thank u
So i have both patterns to share but only cut out the one
