I made this using the "Dreams come true" cricut cartridge, and I used to make the dragon bigger (for the little cricut) and flip it. Also this is my First time i have used two cartridges in the one cut (the wording) I altered a empty tin which once had chocolate wafers in it .
With my cricut designstudio, i managed to cut on the original cricut(small one) things bigger than the 6" that it would normally cut. I cut this dragon at 7 3/4" tall and it's much easy to piece together (the original 6" are so tiny to piece together). To do this on the design studio i had to set the default on 7 3/4" , paste and then rotate and move to fit on the mat (not changing any shape or size after pasting only fitting it on the mat). I then did another mat the same default size for each of the other colours needed for him sure save going out and buying a bigger machine
Hi, I have just uploaded new versions of my robot pattern . I believe both USA and AU users can read it now. It appears that the Design Studio has an issue with the different date formats causing it to crash. These new files on my previous link ) have the date set to 12/12/2007 so it reads ok regardless of the locale setting. If you have a copy that crashes try downloading this new version (same links).
Hi all had requests for my pattern for the robot so here are the links for it FOR BLACK CARD ROBOT 002 FOR COLOURED CARD (depending on how many colours you want the robot that is how many colours you cut out fully ,SOOO to save waste you then best to cut that many robots from the back one ) ROBOT 002a GEORGE CARTRIDGE only used in this one
This is my christmas card that i made this year but I added on to this one for my friend at some assembly required, by adding a sars tree cut using there dies and the lettering cut using cuttlekid
The way i designed my robot on the cricut was that all the coloured body pieces are all on the one mat. So to save paper it is better to make three robots at once (if you want your robots three colours ) and here is what i have made soo far Made using George cricut cartridge and design studio . each robot is 6" tall
This is my first play with the cricut design studio The robot is 6 inches and done only with george cartridge (now cant wait to play with putting diferent cartridges in the one design )
This is a tree i make two years back and i bring it out every year it is made using some assembly required dies MERRY CHRISTMAS TOO ALL Thank you for visiting my blog over the last year
I have made another decoration . I cut the stars out at 2.5 inches again love making it this size, but the only trouble i have is putting the last star on (there must be a knack to it ) This star was made from a greeting picture i got from tubby the robot this morning (tubby the robot is the robot i am standing next to in my picture on the right of this blog and a movie i put on the blog earlier in the year).
Not only did we (card day girls ) exchange calander pages we also exchanged christmas cards and i thought i would share them too . This is the card that Susan R gave us This is the card that Chris made us all This card is what Reta made us all this is the christmas card i gave the card day girls
The card day girls and i don't give each other Christmas presents but in stead earlier in the year we pull three months out the the hat each and we make 4 pages for each month and at our Christmas breakup (today) we swap the pages so we end up with a complete calender each and this is the result of the finished masterpiece. Here is a close up of each persons page and full calender can be seen HERE
The card day girls and i had our Christmas break up today. Had a wonderful day . We do not give each other Christmas presents but in stead earlier in the year we pull three months out the the hat each and we make 4 pages for each month and at our Christmas breakup we swap the pages so we end up with a complete calender each and this is the result of the finished masterpiece.
