Today  I went to the morning tea party 

at our local center. (funraiser for cancer council)

Here is the hat I wore. I had a great time meeting people.

I am making a collection of my 3D Robots 

and here is the one I made yesterday.

Made out of card stock and then I painted it 

with medium to make it "semi water proof".

I plan to have them in the window sill on inside .

Today being the 4th of May

I thought I would share with you an R2D2

that i made from felt many many many 

years ago he stands about 20inches tall.

BlueROBOT cross stitch

If you follow my blog you would know that I have 

moved from Victoria to Tasmania Australia.

This house is bigger than the last house and now I have

more wall space . I can now put  some of my cross stitches

up on the wall (previosly they were just made and put in 

boxes and put away )

This is one of the first that I will be buying a frame for 

and it will hang proudly on the wall .

The Road ahead

I have this boarder punch which i keep on my 

desk and every scrap of paper I have before throwing

in the bin I punch out some robots in it so i can have 

a collection of them when i need them.

So when i decided I wanted to make a small

3D book/card 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" I thought it would 

be fun to use some .

Thinking of the road signs warning of things ahead

I made on of them.

For the clouds in the sky (if you look closely) they 

are robots too  

On the inside of the book

I also included the robots having fun hanging around

I do plan to put the message on the inside cover 

good way to use up all those scraps before you through them 

out

Ready for winter

I had a short break from unpacking and made myself this Jacket.

A happy ROBOT craft room

Even though my craft room has boxes that are still 

packed in it . I have made the curtains for it .

Make yourself at home

With not having much unpacked yet, due to making curtains 

and painting . There are some things that seem to making there

self at home here

To get to our new home this was our form of transport

we drove our car on the ferry and off we went on a 9 hour 

ride.

We are here safe and sound, don't know when it will stop

feeling like a holiday and feel real  BUT i am loving it 

down here .

We are on the way now

Of to my new house , another  state of Australia.

My Plan is to start posting on this blog once 

the internet is connected. SEE you then.

Have I packed enough BOXES?

YES I think I have !

 Because yesterday I was making up 

3 more boxes and I taped the end of one box and turned it over

and taped the other end straight away !

(least it  was lighter to move)

Well I am still here packing boxes and organizing my move

I will soon be on my way .

Look forward to unpacking and using my tools again at 

the other end. 

On the move! from Victoria to Tasmania Australia

You might have noticed my blog has had 

less and less postings to it this year.

There is a good reason. Neal and I brought a house

and we are in the middle of packing up our house and 

moving to another state of Australia 

Yes that is right! We are moving from 

Victoria to Tasmania  .

So for the next Couple of months I don't think 

I will be very active here. As i pack up all my machines and 

card making stuff into boxes (oh and that is a biggg job as I have

been card making for 32 years and living here for 25 of those 

years so my collection sure has gotten big over those years.

One thing is I thought I could continue making things as well 

as packing but it does not seem to work like that.

Should be back to normal soon as i get organised if not 

sooner  ,  PLEASE Don't give up on me .

Hello so glad you have not given up on me cause 

I have not been posting as many blog posts.

Well I am here today to show a

I have also been into sewing here are my latest tops

I have made myself . Over the past two years I have 

been able to find 9  robot fabrics and I had to

buy some soon as I seen them.

Hmm seems that Neal only managed to get two photos

of me in the tops while we were away at Tasmania
